Return eligibility depends on the item and seller terms. Original art, one-of-one collectibles, and limited releases may have different return rules than standard merchandise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or does not match the listing, contact the store as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
